A perfect morning booster, as part of a healthy diet. It won’t take you more than 5 minutes to prepare. And remember if you don’t have the exact fruit mix them with whatever you have.
Vitamin C Recharge Smoothie (Serves 1)
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup blackberrries
- 1/2 red apple
- 1 banana
- 1 tbs of wheatgrass (if you don’t know what it is and want to know its benefits read here)
Directions: Mix everything in a blender and blend! Add toppings or ice if fruit wasn’t frozen.
