So after my blender glass jar got broken in an accident and since I haven’t been able to get a new one I was looking forward to getting a 3 in 1 blender. I finally got this amazing hand blender that includes three sets, a food processor, a mixer and a blender. Thought about preparing my first smoothie in a long time. I have to say it was great! And the best a hubby approved.

Vitalizing Fresh Smoothie (Serves 2)

1 1/2 cups of frozen blackberries. (I don’t buy them frozen, I buy them fresh and freeze them my self over night before using them)
2 tbs agave syrup
1/2 medium banana
1 cup of frozen strawberries
2 tbs of ripe avocado
1 tbs of chia seeds (I’ll soon bring a post on all the benefits of chia seeds)

Directions

1. Put all the ingredients into the blender and SURPRISE! That’s it, enjoy the freshness!
