Going on vacations should never be a excuse to forget about everything that brings you wellness. Yet going on vacation is a space to do things you usually don’t do and eat things you usually don’t eat. They key, as in everything in life is moderation. Today we made this French vegan toasts to receive our first day of vacations.
•Whole grain bread (4 slices)
•Soy milk (3/4 cup)
•Vainilla essence (1tsp)
•1 1/2 banana (mashed)
•Fruits you like and agave syrup
Directions: mash the bananas in a bowl, add milk and vainilla and whisk. Dip the bread into the mix and cook in a pan until brown. Add fruit and syrup.
