Smoothies makes a big part of our lives, not only by the high consumption of fruits and vegetables included in our type diet but also because we enjoy them, every sip enriches not only our body but also our soul. So we never get tired of looking for new ways, new recipes, and even new presentations. If you still haven’t had a smoothie it’t about time you include them in your diet, I promise you, you will love them and you will feel the change in your energy level dramatically. Today we have a triple layer smoothie, triple flavor, triple nutrition, and triple fun.
Triple Smoothie (Serves 1 large approx. 17 ounces)
- Half Peach
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 Banana
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1/3 cup Soymilk
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup grapes
1. Prepare each layer and add them one over the other in a glass, wash the blender or processor in between to preserve the colors.
2. Once you’re sipping in, EVERYTHING is permitted!
