This turn out to be a great salad which you can use as a side or just make a little bit more and have it as a main dish. It’s extremely easy to prepare you just have to have in hand tahini base.

Tahini Salad

Ingredients

Lettuce or any green you like
Avocado
Tomato
Red onion
Cucumber

I won’t put portion sizes since it depends on how much salad you will like. For the tahini prepation you will need.

Tahini (1 11/2 cups) it will make much more of what you need for the salad, just save the rest for future preparation in the fridge.

Ingredients

340 g Tahini (sesame paste)
2 baked garlics (recipe here)
1 tsp salt
2 tbs olive oil
1/2 cup of water

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor and serve as much as needed onto de salad.
