Looking for an easy, nutritious but still delicious salad? It’s not difficult, we only need to let our mind free in the kitchen an experiment with different textures, mixtures and combinations. Today we are sharing a super easy and delicious recipe. No more excuses for not having your veggies :).

Sweet and Fresh Salad (as much as you want)

Ingredients:

  • Lettuce
  • Spinach
  • Apple
  • Chia Seeds
  • Cranberries
  • Pecans

Vinaigrette:

  • 2 tbs of balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbs of olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

1.  Wash all the ingredients that require so.

2. Cut the apple into cubes

3. Mix all the ingredients and prepare the vinaigrette on the side.
