Sweet Blueberry Smoothie (Serves 1 small)
1/3 cup soymilk
1/2 cup blueberries
2 pitted dates
1 teaspoon peanut butter
1. Add all ingredients into blender and blend. Add toppings to taste and voila! A recharge the your body!
