Having guests at home, is for us an honor, and we love to prepare simple, quick and delicious dishes to show them, without forcing anyone to eat anything they do not like, that vegan food can be delicious. Today we have a fairly simple but refreshing preparation. You can use it on crackers, toasts, bread or even have it on it’s own, you decide
Ingredients (the amount depends on your liking and the number of persons)
- Sunflower seeds
- Chia seeds
- Salt and pepper
Cut the avocado into cubes and slice the strawberries. Mix everything in a bowl, add lemon, ginger, salt and pepper to form a dressing. Place the seeds on top. If you do not have those specific seeds let your imagination fly and try others. Serve with crackers, toast, etc..
