Nice soft boost for a morning kick up!
Spinach Beet Smoothie (Serves 1 big)
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup Raspberries
- 1/2 Cooked Beet
- 1 Banana
- 1 Hand full of spinach
1. Bring water to boil, and cook the beet until soft. You can cook more than needed and save it for other smoothies.
2. Add everything into a blender and blend.
3. Enjoy the power of fruit and veggies in just one drink!
