As I’ve shared with you my thoughts about veggies on smoothies on previous post I though about mixing the most common veggies I use in smoothies and it finally turned out AMAZING :)

Nice soft boost for a morning kick up!

Spinach Beet Smoothie (Serves 1 big)

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries
  • 1/2 Cooked Beet
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Hand full of spinach

Directions:

1. Bring water to boil, and cook the beet until soft. You can cook more than needed and save it for other smoothies.

2. Add everything into a blender and blend.

3. Enjoy the power of fruit and veggies in just one drink!
