Another glorious preparation :) Refreshing, sweet, nutritionally rich, and delicious, a perfect power booster! What else do you need in a smoothie? Remember they are a great way to cover our daily fruit requirement. An 8oz glass con cover up to 3 fruits depending on the fruits and portions you use. Enjoy!

Power x4 Smoothie (Serves 1)


1/2 cup of Strawberries
1/2 Red Apple
1 Medium Banana
1/3 cup blueberries


Mix all fruits on a blender or processor and blend. Make sure to have some frozen fruit so you can have the smooth texture and the refreshing sensation!
