A super charged green smoothie, extremely easy to make at home, and don’t panic if you seem to find wheatgrass a weird and difficult ingredient, is not a MUST, but it sure adds lots of properties.
Immune Boost Smoothie (serves 1)
2 green leafs (spinach or chards)
1 frozen bananas
2 tsp of agave syrup (or any other sweetener)
2 tsp of wheatgrass
Mix everything in a blender and blend
