For today! A perfect smoothie to start the day energized, or to drink as a pre-workout meal. Because I do believe that food and rest are the two most powerful fuels for a good day to day wellness and even powerful workouts. If you regularly eat after training you might want to have this in mind. If you like to have a small meal before workout out, specially those early birds that squish a run before heading to the office these are the main things you should have in mind, that we had in mind today for a new smoothie.

Having these need in mind and thinking about smoothies, once again we have another great deal :)

Green Smoothie (serves 1)

Ingredients

1 kiwi
1 small banana
1 oz of avocado
1 peach (canned or raw, canned brings more sugar)

Approximate Nutritional Info:

  • Calories: 260
  • Fat: 5 g
  • Carbs: 59 g
  • Fiber: 7 g
  • Protein: 5 g

Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend.
