Having the same salad will give you only the nutrients within that foods. Mixing up your food is what provides a balanced healthy nutrition. Today’s salad involves fruits and veggies with an amazing dressing, you will have it made in just minutes and can have it as a take away to work, plus it helps you cover your fruit portion as well.
Fruit and Veggie Salad (Serves as many as you like)
1/2 tbs balsamic vinegar reduction
1/2 tbs olive oil
1 1/2 tbs fresh squeezed orange juice
Sal and Pepper
*optional (is orange is not that sweet you can add 1/2 tsp of agave syrup)
Directions: Mix everything in a bowl. Then mix the dressing ingredients and whisk properly. Add only when ready to eat.
