Detox & Recharge Monday Smoothie! (serves 1)

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened soy milk (or almond milk)
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 3 pitted dates
