Vegan chocolate desserts just make my day. I never thought making vegan desserts were extremely easy and delicious, but let me tell you, if you give them a try you will love them. They are just sooooo easy and the majority involve natural ingredients in some way, for example instead of sugar, dates, and instead of some type of oil, avocado. So yeah they are quite a nice experience.

Crunchy Chocolate Squares (About 8 squares) 



1/4 cup dates
3/4 cup raw cashews
1 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla essence


1 cups dates
1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
2 tbsp water
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Pinch of salt


1/2 cup dates
1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
5 tbsp cacao powder
Pinch of salt


1.Mix the Crust ingredients in a food processor until it forms a crumbly paste.

2. In a recipient place film or parchment paper covering al sides. Add the crust mix and press with your fingers down, firmly covering the complete recipient. (see image below)

3. Mix the ingredients for the caramel layer in a food processor.

4. Do the same as step #2 covering the crust layer with the caramel layer.

5. Mix the ingredients for the chocolate layer, and add over the caramel layer. You can get your fingers wet for this final layer and make it smooth over the top.

6. Refrigerate over night, or 4 hours minimum.

7. Voailá, enjoy
