Push ups are a great exercise, a single push up works out your triceps, pectoralis, deltoid, back muscles and all of the abdominal muscles. If you are a beginner, don’t use any height, go with your hands straight onto the floor and rest your knees as well. Be careful not to leave your butt sticking up, when you go don’t with your knees on the floor your pelvis should move towards the floor as well.
