It’s Time for the GOOOOOOOOD stuff oh yeah, because when you eat healthy, there’s always space for sweet treats, but even more, there’s also space for healthier treats right?

Oh yeah! We did, but get ready because you will never imagine this glory as part of your breakfast. We want to make a special call for all of those early birds that train hard enough before the sun comes out. This is a GREAT deal for you, a boost of energy, as a preworkout meal. The recipe makes a big glass, we do advise you share it (we know it’s difficult to share chocolate) but the smoothie is “heavy” you will feel full in no time, since it’s much denser than our previous smoothies, it contains more grams of healthy fats (which makes us feel full), plus it has less water as we only use bananas.
Cocoa Obsession Smoothie (serves 1 big jar or 2 big glasses)
2 bananas frozen
6 dates (pitted)
2 tbsp cacao
1 tsp wheatgrass (if available)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 small avocado (no more than 70 g)
1 1/2 cups of water (more if you need for consistency)
1. Add all the ingredients into the blender and blend. Make sure you have frozen bananas, it will give you the perfect texture.
2. We added some coconut and almond as garnish, feel free to play with it.
