I love how my salads come up with many many color! Remember the more color you put in your food the more alive your body will be. As simple as that! If we eat life, we get life. So try to mix your daily food in search of a very colorful dish! Today’s dish is a perfect dish for everyone vegan or not vegan at home. Perfect for these holiday season without leaving out our healthy foods.
Beans and Quinoa Salad (as much as needed)
Ingredients (as much as you like)
- Cherry Tomtato
- Black Beans
- ½ cup cilantro
- 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon of agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest from 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
1. Cook the black beans and quinoa first. Leave at room temperature to cool down.
2. Prepare the vinaigrette.
3. Mix all the ingredients and serve with vinaigrette on the side.
