Being consistent is the key that I apply to my daily living, and the one I try to replicate with my patients. Because being consistent applies not only to a simple weight loss, but to everything in life. If we are consistent with exercise, we will have results, if we are consistent with what we eat, we will become healthier, if we are consistent with our sleep, we will have more energy and avoid premature aging, if we are consistent with work we will be successful, if we are consistent with our relationships we will always be surrounded by great people. But everything depends on us, on how much we want it, and are willing to work towards our goal or our dream. What about you, are consistent?
