Exercising is a fundamental part of wellness. Yet many spend hours only on cardio activities and forget that muscle training is just as important to achieve a healthy body. Each year of life we loose 1-2% of fitness that’s why exercising should be a lifestyle, and not just part of a weight loss program. Muscle training should be done at least 2 times/week.
As part of providing tools to our community we will be sharing simple effective moves for you to try out at any given moment, because come on, something is better than nothing!
Muscle training should be part of your daily workout program. Remember to listen to your body, do as many reps as you can and start moving upwards.
