We’ve been trying to come up with super easy, fast BUT delicious recipes you can either take to work, or just prepare really fast at night. I’ve found through my patients, that those who have a really demanding job, lunch can be just hectic, but dinner is no exception. Getting home late and tired is the perfect excuse for grabbing whatever you have in the fridge or just order some kind of fast food.
Neither of those eating times should be sacrificed at all.
For this reason we are bringing a super easy fast recipe, that you can pull out every time you’re in a hurry. First thing we need to do is prepare the creamy sauce. This applies for all of you looking for a super healthy recipe or who are simply vegans. If you just want to use your conventional mayo or replacement go ahead.
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 + cup unsweetened soy or almond milk
- 2 garlic cloves
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- a pinch of salt and pepper
You know what, this creamy sauce can replace Alfredo sauce in any pasta, so feel free to use it wherever you need it :).
5 Steps – Easy Fresh Wrap (Serves as many as needed)
- Tortilla or any wrap available
- Creamy Sauce (Recipe above)
1.Add the Creamy Sauce on the tortilla (or even flat bread)
2. Add the cucumbers on top
3. Add the Avocado
5. Wrap them up and enjoy! Fell the freshness of the wrap as you put into your body a healthy balanced meal
