I just happen to love the name of this smoothie, just because u will never get it wrong….1/3 of each ingredient a banana and your done! (well except for an addition I made, which is not critical to add)

1:3 smoothie4

1/3 Smoothie (serves 1)


1/3 cup pineapple
1/3 cup raspberries frozen
1/3 cup orange juice freshly squeezed
1 medium banana frozen
2 tsp of quinoa flour -Optional (a post on benefits of quinoa soon)


1. Add all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Mix
